Delivery to UK on e-scooters and drones are FREE. All orders are processed within 7 to 14 working days (excluding weekends, holidays and potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Free Shipping

  1. All orders before 2:00 PM (GMT+1) will be sent today, after 2:00 PM (GMT+1) will be sent next day.
  2. Normally order will be dispatched in 1-2 working day once the payment is confirmed, 6-12 days to arrive.
  3. Please know that if out of stock in UK, we will send from other Europe Warehouses via DHL. It will take about 4-9 working days to ship.
  4. Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will be shipped on Mondays.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for FREE.

Deliveries are made from 9:00 AM (GMT+1) to 9:00 PM (GMT+1). We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Local pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 12 Mirador Crescent, Uplands, Swansea, Wales, SA2 0QX. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00 AM (GMT+1) to 9:00 PM (GMT+1) on [available days of the week]. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Signed for deliveries

All electric scooter and drones orders are sent via a courier of our choice, and we may change the couriers we use without notice, although the level of service will always be equivalent. All electric scooter and drones deliveries will need to be signed for, whether by yourself, household member or a neighbour.

Failed deliveries

If you are away from the delivery address and a neighbour cannot sign for your delivery, then our chosen courier will contact you or leave a card with details of how to arrange a redelivery, or collection from the local depot.The item will be returned to Loopeto if the courier unsuccessfully attempts to deliver the order to you on three occasions.

Returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total. You will need to re-order your item to have it re-shipped.

Incorrect delivery details

Loopeto cannot be held responsible if a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the item to be delivered incorrectly. The customer assumes full responsibility for all delivery details supplied at point of order.

If you think that you have entered incorrect delivery details after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as quickly as possible with your order number so that we can help to rectify the issue.

Order Tracking

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier’s information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped.
